Valery Ropp

I’m Valery, the Real Estate Broker and Interior Designer behind Elite Real Estate Group, LLC. I come from a real estate, interior design and engineering background and truly believe in pairing people with beautiful homes or living arrangements. I value each and every project I take on and always try to create something unique and personal for my clients. I am also very lucky to work with a great team who is able to help me take my designs and boutique ideas to the next level.

Besides building Real Estate dreams I am also a partner in Elite Interior Design & Staging, Elite Cleaning & Maintenance Services and Elite Events.

I love what I do and beyond happy that I am blending in my past experience with real estate with my passion for interior design.

Kelly Anne Lanham

I have lived and worked in the Hutchinson community since 2010 and have grown very fond of Hutchinson’s small town feel and community spirit.

As a Marketing/Business graduate from Wichita State University I bring almost 20 years of marketing and sales experience to my Real-Estate and Property Management career. I am passionate about housing in Kansas and as a residential property manager I feel I am knowledgeable about every aspect of housing.

Being part of a small town community means that every business transaction must be done with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail and I strive to build life long friendships and business relationships.

I have a passion for giving back to my community and volunteering. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for both the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce and Interfaith Housing Services INC and volunteer with Meals on Wheels, The Soup Kitchen, Holy Cross Catholic Church, Interfaith Housing Services, Builders Bargains, United Way of Reno County and Circles of Hope.

Shelbi Burkhart

I am the Graphic Design and Visual Image Coordinator for Elite Real Estate Group. I have experience with print design, logo design and branding, display designs and large format design work. I enjoy being able to be creative and work with a variety of materials and technology. My background, with working with a variety of clients and the creative perspective I have, allows me to give that personal touch for marketing Elite Real Estate Group and their clients.

Andrea Miller

I’m Andrea, Property Manager and Personal Assistant at Elite Real Estate Group. I am a busy mom of three girls and one dog.

I love the adventures and challenges of being a property manager. I have been exposed to the process of home building through my family, which inspired me to pursue my real estate license.

I can’t wait to watch Elite Real Estate Group grow!

Tosha Smith

I’m Tosha. I have been a Realtor in Hutchinson since 2012 and I’m super excited to have joined the Elite Real Estate Team! I graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Social Work and Family Studies…I have a great passion for working with and helping people. I transitioned out of Social Work when we moved to Hutchinson, because I needed a flexible job to coordinate with my husband’s 24-hour shifts as a firefighter. I quickly realized that real estate was a great fit!

The buying and selling process is emotional and can be very difficult at times, so I love walking alongside people as they make the transition from one home to another. It’s very important to me that my clients are well informed and they feel heard and respected throughout the process. Your home is so much more than just a house…it’s where you spend your time and make your memories!  It’s where your life story is made!

That’s why it’s my personal mission to provide you with great service and to listen to YOUR needs as you buy or sell your home. I want you to have a good experience and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
